What's your refund policy

As of February the 12th 2024, we will no longer be taking refunds but we will have set up a safe space for you to resell them to others.
Is the location wheelchair accessible?
It is indeed, there is side access to the building and you can get everywhere inside the building via lift! When you arrive, we will have a volunteer show you around and there will be a member of venue staff to help with the lift.
If you have disability requirements, you are more than welcome to come along any time after 4 o’clock to get yourselves situated and get a tour before the ball starts. If you are being driven to the venue, your vehicle can be parked outside temporarily whilst you are dropped off, and then has to be moved off of the road and into an area it can be parked.
What are the Rules for Carer Tickets?
Customers providing the following forms of evidence are eligible for a free companion:

In receipt of DLA, PIP, Attendance allowance, Adult Disability Payment

Registered severely sight impaired

We will also accept doctors notes
We will review requests for free companions on a case-by-case basis if you cannot meet the criteria above. If you have an assistance animal please get in contact with us as soon as possible

Is there parking on site?
Due to it being a pedestrian street, there is no parking at the site, however there are multi storey car parks. Here is the closest:
St. Johns multi storey car park, Swan St, Cotton End, Northampton NN1 1HA
Others are available in town. Please be aware that this car park is often used for theatre performances so may become busy. There are others a longer distance away, but still within walking distance.
Are there any local hotels?
Travelodge Northampton Central: 2 minute walk
Premier Inn Northampton Town Centre hotel: 5 minutes walk
Northampton Town Centre Hotel: 6 minute walk
ibis Northampton Centre: 6 minute walk
There are other hotels out there if these ones get booked up, but these are the closest.
Can I bring children?
As this is an 18+ event, Children are not allowed. If we think you are under 18, you will be ID’d. If this turns out to be the case, you will be asked to leave the premises with no refund.
What food options are available?
There will be a rustic main course served to you at your table with sweet treats later on accompanied by a late night snack. Any dietary requirements including but not limited to vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, dairy free can be catered to. Any dietary requirements will go through to the caterers directly. Their contact details will be available on the website and emailed to you.
Can I bring my own food?
No, you are not allowed to bring your own food.
Can I drink/eat the food or drink I buy from Vendors at the ball?
No, all food and drink bought from vendors must be collected at the end of the evening. No external alcohol outside of that provided by the caterers is not allowed.
Where can I find information about the event agenda and schedule?
You will be able to find out about the agenda and schedule a few months before the event, once our acts are 100% set in stone. We will inform you via email once this information is ready!
